David Price,  B.A., M.O.M., L. Ac. graduated from Pomona College in 1990 with a concentration in Asian Studies.  After 6 years in Japan, he passed the second level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Exam.  In 2000, he received a Master’s degree from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine.  He also trained at the Chengdu University of TCM–one of the five most prestigious TCM colleges in China–under liver specialist Dr. Zhang Guang-Hua.

David has taught at the Asian Institute of Medical Studies for 8 years and is currently their Clinical Dean.  He reads Chinese and Japanese and practices tai ji quan and Chinese calligraphy.
